低温弱光胁迫下辣椒保护酶活性与膜脂过氧化产物含量的变化 被引量:3

摘要 试验针对辣椒在日光温室栽培过程中,低温与弱光往往相伴出现的逆境胁迫情况,进行辣椒品种耐低温弱光的筛选与鉴定方法的研究,试验通过在低温弱光条件下对不同辣椒品种的比较分析,着重研究了保护酶系统(SOD体系)和膜脂过氧化作用,对辣椒保护酶系统(SOD体系)和膜脂过氧化作用的分析得出结论:低温弱光处理后的辣椒叶片,SOD的活性不同程度有所下降,耐低温弱光品种下降幅度小于不耐低温弱光品种,MDA的含量不同程度上升,耐低温弱光品种上升幅度小于不耐低温弱光品种。 In the application of pepper protective field culture, the stress is often induced by low temperatureand poor light. This experiment studied on methods of determining the tolerance of pepper to low temperature and poor light. Different pepper varieties were compared and analyzed under the environment of stress. Protective enzyme system and membrane lipid peroxidation were studied emphatically. The conclusions showed that: the vigor of SOD decreased in pepper leaves under low temperature and poor light stress. The vigor of SOD decreased lower than those in sensitive cultivars. The content of MDA of tolerant cultivars increased lower than those in sensitive cultivars.
