全内脏反位并POEMS综合征1例及文献复习

摘要 POEMS综合征是一组与浆细胞病有关的多系统损害疾病，临床表现复杂多样，发病率极低，目前没有令人满意的治疗方法，并且易误诊，漏诊，笔者报告1例全内脏反位并POEMS综合征。
