基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子与肾纤维化的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肾纤维化是各种肾脏疾病进展到终末期的共同途径。它是由各种原发或继发性肾脏疾病持续发展,终致肾脏正常组织结构被成纤维细胞及其分泌的细胞外基质(extracelluar matrix,ECM)等所取代,并伴肾功能不可逆损害的病理过程。目前认为,肾脏纤维化的发生发展主要是ECM产生与降解失衡以及成纤维细胞的增生所致;而调控ECM代谢的因子,尤其是基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子(tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases,TIMPs)在肾纤维化的发生发展中起着重要作用。本文就MMPs和TIMPs与肾纤维化作一综述。
