中华豆芫菁的室内人工养殖研究 被引量:9

摘要 室内人工养殖中华豆芫菁Epicauta chinensis Laporte的结果表明:成虫喜食苜蓿、大豆叶,也取食甜菜和马铃薯的叶;最适宜的投食方式是将植物插入盛水的瓶内;幼虫喜食东亚飞蝗卵块,尤其是顶端微露于土表的卵块最易被中华豆芫菁1龄幼虫找到并取食。不同温度、土壤含水量对中华豆芫菁卵的发育速率及孵化率均有明显影响。卵的发育速率和孵化率随温度升高呈偏锋曲线变化,孵化率则随土壤含水量增加呈直线上升。温度为32℃、土壤含水量11%的处理最有利于卵的生长发育,在该条件下,卵的发育速率为0.045455,孵化率达到99.0%。从试验结果计算出卵的发育起点温度为19.3℃,卵期有效积温为108.1日度。成虫适宜饲养密度为15~30头/m^3,幼虫在每杯中只养1头。 Epicauta chinensis Laporte was raised in our lab and the results indicate that the adults like to eat the leaves of clover, soybean, sugar beet and potato. The best way to serving foods to the adults is inserting the plants into bottles full of water. While the larvae like eating the ovum dollops of L. migratoria manilensis and it will be easier for the first-instar larvae to find and eat with top of the ovum dollops slightly out of soil. There is significant influence of different temperature and soil water content to the growth rate and hatchability of eggs, which show minor trend curve variation with temperature. While the hatchability shows a going up beeline trend with the soil water content. The treatment with temperature at 32℃ and soil water content at 11% is the most favorable to eggs' growth and development. Under this condition, its developmental rate is 0. 045455 and hatchability reaches to 99.0%. Then the egg's devel- opmental zero temperature is 19. 3℃ and its effective accumulated temperature is 108. 1 degree/day. The suitable density of adults is about 15-30 caput/m^3 , yet only one larva in one cup.
