摘要
讨论ＮｅａｒＢｏｏｌｅａｎ代数的性质，这些性质，一方面，它是布尔代数的性质的重要推广；另一方面，它与半环的性质有着密切的联系．
In this paper, the proerties of Near Boolean algebra are discussed. On the one hand. it is important spread properties of Boolean alyebra;on the other hand, it has close connections with properties of semirings.
