摘要 采用自制的膜过滤实验装置,进行PTFE荷电膜在处理油田含油污水中抗污染机理的实验研究.结果表明:PTFE荷电膜在处理油田含油污水过程中,膜孔内及膜表面均带有负电荷,表面ζ电位稳定在-20 mV,而油田含油污水中的油和悬浮物颗粒的ζ电位也为负电性,其ζ电位在-14-~16 mV之间.油田含油污水中悬浮物的ζ电位与膜的ζ电性相同,由于同性相斥的电荷效应,使PTFE荷电膜具有更强的抗污染能力. The fouling resistance mechanism of charged PTFE membranes used in oil-bearing water treatment in oil field was investigated by experiments and analyses. The experiment results show that the membrane is charged negatively, whose ξ potentials maintain at -20 mV around. Meanwhile, the oil and suspended particles are also charged negatively, whose ξ potentials maintain at about -14--16 mV. Therefore, the prepared membranes and the suspended particles in oil-bearing water in oil field show the same electrical property and similar ξ potential. The charge effect from homogeneity repulsion accounts for the stronger fouling resistance performance of charged PTFE membranes.
