摘要 对膜法除氧技术在孤岛油田热采注汽锅炉用水含氧量控制中的应用进行了研究,考察了操作条件对膜接触器除氧性能的影响,并对膜接触脱氧器的运行状况进行了分析.运行结果表明,除氧水含氧一般稳定在50~200μg/L,经后续化学处理后,能够满足应用要求. The membrane deoxygenation technique was applied to water deoxygenation process for stream-generate boiler in Gudao oil field development. The effect of operation condition on the deoxygenation performance of the membrane contactor was investigated. The running performance of the membrane contactor for water deoxygenation was also analyzed. The running results indicate that the oxygen content of the obtained deoxygen water is between 50 μg/L and 200 μg/L, which is suitable for stream-generate boiler in Gudao oil field development with the further chemical deoxygenation treatment.
