摘要
由于我国迄今还没有制订明确的、规范的教师专业化的标准,使得师范教育缺乏明晰的培养目标。英、美、日等国的教育研究机构制定了若干教师专业化培养标准,对我国师范教育教师专业化培养标准的制订提供了很好的借鉴。
Because our country doesn't make explicit and normal critirion of teacher professionalization, it makes peogogieal education lack clear developing goals. Educational research institutions make some developing critirons of teacher professionalization in Britain, America, Japan etc. Their definite norms, frameworks and theories provide good reference for the making of developing critirons of our peogogical education's teacher professionalization.
