摘要
综述了电沉积铁基非晶态合金,主要是非晶态Fe-Mo、Fe-W、Fe-P合金的研究进展,讨论了电沉积条件和镀层的特性。
A summary on the progress of electro-deposition of amorphous Fe-base alloys, mainly Fe-Mo,Fe-W and Fe-P alloys, is given. The deposition conditions of alloys and characteristic of depositied layers are discussed.
