摘要
对传统的机械镀锌工艺作了改进,省略了原工艺中的闪镀铜步骤,用一种复盐取代活化剂中的锡盐,降低了镀覆成本,获得了不同于原镀层的纯锌镀层,在一定程度上改善了镀层性能。
The traditional mechanical galvanizing technology has been improved by leaving out copper flash of the origi-nal process and replacing tin salts with a kind of compound salt. The performances of the coating were improved to some extent.
