高等教育大众化形势下高职院校就业服务新机制的构建与实践

大学生就业问题已成为政府、社会和家庭广泛关注的热点,而高职高专就业难和形势严峻已经成为不争的事实。本文根据本校就业工作的实践与探索,提出了高等教育大众化形势下,高职院校就业服务新机制的构建与对策。

Graduates employment is the focus of the government, the society and the family. And the problem is true of graduates from vocational college. The author puts forward some countermeasures against this problem.
