摘要
针对并联机床数控系统的工作特点和要求,通过对TI公司DSP芯片TMS320VC33和Cypress公司PCI接口芯片CY7C09449PV的功能和特点进行分析,设计了一种基于PCI总线的运动控制卡,较好地满足了并联机床数控系统对运动控制部件实时性和控制精度的要求.
According to the work characteristic and requirements of parallel machine tool's NC system, a kind of motion control board based on PCI bus was designed by analyzing the functions and features of TI Corporation's DSP chip TMS320VC33 and Cypress Corporation's PCI CY7C09449PV. It can well meet parallel machine tool's requirements in real-time and control accuracy to motion control parts.
