摘要
利用LD泵浦全固态固体激光器产生的532nm绿光在SO2000型声光效应实验仪上进行了声光衍射角、声光调制的实验研究,并与650nm红光作了比较.实验得出:532nm绿光的拉曼-奈斯衍射实验效果较好,在实验中很容易将±1级衍射光的光强调制的较强且强度一致,而高级衍射光几乎不会出现,全部能量都分布在0级衍射光和±1级衍射光上,可用来制作双通道声光调制器和声光偏转器.
532nm green light produced by all-solid-state laser was used to carry on the experiments including acousto-optic diffraction angle and acousto-optic modulation and compared with that of 650nm red light. The experimental results show that Raman-Niles diffraction with 532nm green light is more evident than that of 650nm red light. In the experiment of Raman-Niles diffraction with 532nm green light, strong and even light density of grade ±1 diffraction is attained easily while the higher grade diffraction is not nearly appeared, total energy distributes grade 0 and ±1 diffraction.
