成品油管道混油检测嵌入式仪器设计

The design of embedded instrument for mixed oil detection in product pipeline

摘要 分析了成品油管道中混油段的检测技术以及现有SCADA系统中对混油量计算所使用公式的不足之处,根据现场实际采用的经验控制方式以及混油段历史数据统计规律,对混油段切换控制设计了一套安全可行的嵌入式测控系统.该系统以并发任务的方式对光学界面仪数据进行采集,同时输出历史数据平均值以及切换控制信号.系统使用μC/OS操作系统,在软件设计中通过信号量机制及临界区的使用控制程序流程和时序. The detection technologies for mixed oil segment in the pipeline of finished oil were analyzed and the disadvantages of computing formulations used for accounting mixed oil in the SCADA system were pointed out. According to experience-oriented control style adopted practically at the spot and the rule derived from the historical statistic data for mixed oil segment, a safe and feasible embedded instrument for the switching control of mixed oil segments was proposed. This system collected data of the optical interface machine by means of harmony Task, at the same time, input the average value of historical data and switched the control signal. The μC/OS Operation System was adopted in this system semaphore mechanism and critical area was used to control the run-time order in software design.
