摘要
河南省自动观测资料WebGIS共享平台是基于WebGIS技术,利用ESRI公司2007年最新发布的Ar-cIMS 9.2加以实现的自动观测资料查询分析系统,可实时、动态反映雨量、风、温、压、湿、墒情、紫外线、闪电定位等自动观测资料变化情况,并且能够将查询统计结果以柱状图、折线图等直观形式表现出来,为自动观测信息共享提供了开放的信息空间,辅助业务人员进行正确与及时的决策。
Henan automatic observation information sharing platform is based on WebGIS technology. The automatic observational data inquiry analysis system which using ESRI corporation 2007 newest issue ArcIMS 9.2, can dynamically reflect rainfall, wind, temperature, pressure, humidity, entropy, ultraviolet ray, lightning localization and so on; and the inquiry results can be shown directly by histogram and line chart. The platform provides the open information space for automatic observation information sharing, thus helps operation personnel make decision correctly and promptly.
