摘要
在建立矿产资源竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,提出了一种基于模糊C-均值(FCM)和粗糙集(RS)相结合的综合评价方法对我国西部省份的矿产资源竞争力进行评价。该方法有效解决了在评价和预测问题中各因素的合理赋权问题,克服了现有专家评价方法的不足,更能客观地对矿产资源竞争力进行研究和评价,结果表明该方法是一种具有发展和应用前景的评价方法。
This paper develops a comprehensive method based on FCM and RS to evalute the competitiveness of mineral resources in western China by establishing a pertinent index system. This method has effectively solved the problem of rational weighting of the clustering factors in the evaluation and prediction of the sample, overcome existing deficiencies of expert evaluation method, and can more objectively study and evaluate the competitiveness of mineral resources. The results show that the method is an effective evaluation means with a prospect of further development and application.
