摘要
乳腺干细胞是乳腺组织内可以自我更新的细胞亚群,具有分化成导管、腺泡和肌上皮细胞的能力。近年来,多个实验室通过不同的方法确认乳腺干细胞,包括细胞表面标记Sea-1、Hoechst溢出实验、CD24、CD31^-CD45^-Ter119^-CD24^+CD29^hi等,为阐明乳腺干细胞的自我更新机制,设计有效的乳腺癌治疗方法提供了新的工具。
Mammary stem cell is the subpopulation in mammary gland,capable of self-renewal and differentiating into ductal, alveolar and myoepithelial cells. Recently, several laboratories have employed various methods identifying mammary stem cells, including Sca-1, Hoechst dye efflux, CD24, CD31^- CD45^- Ter119^- CD24 ^+ CD29^hi and so on, which offer a useful tool to elucidate the mechanism of mammary stem cell self- renewal and design more effective therapies of mammary cancer.
