摘要 许多研究表明肿瘤内存在调节性T(Treg)细胞,Treg细胞在肿瘤局部可诱导免疫耐受。对肿瘤患者Treg细胞功能的深入研究将为肿瘤免疫治疗提供新的途径。 Many studies demonstrate the existence of regulatory T(Treg ) cell at tumor sites,implying that these Treg cells may induce local immune tolerance. Deep studies on the role of Treg cells in cancer patients will offer new approaches for tumor immunotherapy.
