摘要
针对CL结构墙体混凝土现浇施工技术,提出了生产特点、施工工艺原理及工艺流程,对CL网架板苯板位移的控制、自密实混凝土的浇筑与养护、聚苯板位移质量检测、主要材料及机具设备的选用等技术要点作了重点阐述和分析。施工中如何采用高强度垫块、自密实混凝土浇注时"一点下料"及整体推进技术、厚侧插钢管控制混凝土流速、窗口处留排气孔、预留30mm×30mm苯板块等是整个施工中的关键点。
According to the construction technology of CL structure of cast-in-place concrete wall, the production features, construction technology principles and technology flow were put forward. Focused on the control of CL benzene plate displacement, the self-compacting concrete pouring and conservation, mass displacement of polystyrene board, the main materials and machinery equipment selection. The key points include the methods of applying high-intensity cushion block in construction, "infuse the material through one point" and the overall advancement technology when self-compacting concrete pouring, thick side-inserted concrete pipe flow control, leaving a blank for vent in the window and setting aside 30 mm×30 mm plates for benzene board.
