介绍了一种外墙外保温用预制聚氨酯复合板的制备工艺、技术性能和施工方法。该复合墙板由聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料(PURF)与防水结合层和柔性饰面层经模塑发泡一步整合成型,以其作为墙体外保温工程的主体预制构件.采用铺贴墙面砖的传统工艺方法,用掺适量建筑胶的素水泥浆铺贴上墙,可构成集隔热保温、防水和外装饰于一体的墙体外保温工程。

The preparation process, mechanical performance and construction methods of a prepared polyurethane composite board of external thermal insulation for outer-wall were introduced. This composite board is made of polyurethane rigid foam （PURF）, water-proof layer and flexible finishing coat, and formed with their integration, which was regarded as main body pre-cast component of external thermal insulation for outer-wall, The traditional technology method of paving and sticking wall tile on the surface was used, and construction adhesive was added in cement slurry, which integrates the functions of thermal insulation, waterproofing and decoration into the external thermal insulation for outer-wall.
