摘要
基于现有气流床气化技术在显热回收方面的缺点,华东理工大学开发了采用化学反应方法回收煤气显热的煤基两段组合式气化工艺。文章论证了煤基两段式气化工艺的可行性。研究了煤—煤气在高温条件下的气化反应特性。实验研究表明,由于在二段固定床气化炉内的气化剂为煤气中的CO2和H2O,其本身与煤的反应活性不如O2,为了提高气化反应效果,应采用反应活性比较好的煤种,如褐煤。
Based on present flow bed gasification technology disadvantages on sensible heat recovery aspect, East China University of Science and Technology exploits coal-based two-stage coal gasification technology by adopting chemical reaction recycling gas sensible heat. The article demonstrates its feasibility and characteristic on high temperature condition. Experiment shows that adopting better reactivity coal type likes lignite can enhance reaction effect because CO2 and H2O reaction activity inferior to O2 with coal.
