电子商务的发展使电子合同的应用更加普遍,但由于我国目前关于此方面的法律规范不够详尽而使现实中出现的诸多问题未能很好解决,电子合同中格式条款所带来的问题尤其明显。该文主要就此问题作出了一定的探讨,提出了一些解决的思路。

The imperfectness of the law on the electronic business has badly affected its development, some correlative law problems have also occurred, especially the problem of legal regulation in the electronic contract format terms. The author discusses about it and puts forward some suggestions on how to resolve the present terms.
