摘要
目的:提取纯化甘草有效部位。方法:通过大孔吸附树脂,并以甘草酸和甘草苷的提取率为指标,优化提取纯化工艺。结果:DA201型大孔吸附树脂吸附性能优于D101型大孔吸附树脂,优化的工艺条件为上样7倍树脂柱体积的0.6倍原液浓度的样品液,流速2.5BV.h-1,吸附时间6h;12BV的70%乙醇洗脱。结论:甘草活性部位的得率为4.18%,其中含甘草酸78.40%,甘草苷17.51%。
Objective: To extract and purify the effective components of glycyrrhiza. Methods: To optimize the process of extraction and purification of glycyrrhiza, the contents of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin were the indexes with macroporous resin. Results : The absorbing function of DA201 was better than D101 macroporous resin. The optimum technical operations were as follows: 0. 6 times concentration of original sample, 7 times the volume of the resin, the current velocity of absorbing was 2. 5BV·h^-1, and absorbed for 6 hours; eluted with 70% enthanol(12 times the volume of the resin) . Conclusion : The yield of effective components of glycyrrhiza was 4. 18%, and the contents of glycyrrhizic acid and liquirtin were 78.40% and 17.51% separatedly.
