摘要
用二次正交组合试验设计法研究了挤压机模孔长度、阻流环直径、喂入量、套筒温度等挤压系统参数对大豆粕蛋白NSI的影响规律并得到了大豆粕蛋白NSI值高于50%的最佳挤压系统参数.
The principal of the influence of parameters of extrusion system on the NSI of the soybean meal were discussed using orthogonal and tropical design of the second power, the parameters include the length of the die nozzle, the diameter of the choked flow loops , the speed of feeding and the temperature of the barrel. The optimal parameters of the extrusion system which an make the NSI Value more than 50% were gotten.
