摘要
针对淄博热电股份有限公司#3机组冬季排汽量较小,循环水温低,造成凝结水过冷度较大的问题,将原循环水泵改造成双速泵,冬季低转速运行,有效解决凝结水过冷问题,同时减少循环水泵能耗.
In order to reduce the super-cooling degree of condensation water in the No. 3 turbine plant of Zibo Thermoelectricity Co. Ltd. in winter caused by small exhausting steam and low temperature of circulation water, circulation water pump was reconstructed into two- speed water pump, which run in low speed in winter for reducing the super cooling degree and saving the electric power on pump.
