用于炉热状态控制的模糊专家系统设计

摘要 正确判断高炉炉况及其变化趋势从而优化操作,是高炉生产的关键技术。文章在科学分析和预测影响炉热状态的诸因素的基础上,根据专家经验,运用模糊推理的原理和方法,重点分析了炉热状态知识信息的获取与表示方法,给出了知识库的建立及模糊推理规则,并研究设计了用于炉热状态控制的模糊专家系统。 Judging the conditions of the blast furnace and its variety trend tightly in order to optimize its operations is the key technique of the blast furnace production. This paper according to experts' experience, besides based on analyzing scientifically and predicting numerous factors which may affect states of furnace temperature, emphases how to obtain and express knowledge information on states of the furnace temperature, and represents rules of foundation of its repository and blur establishment by using the principles and methods of fuzzy prediction. Meanwhile the authors have studied and designed the fuzzy expert system used for the condition control of furnace temperature.
