摘要
学生评教过程中存在评价时间、量表、评价者和课程4种误差源,其中量表和评价者是评价过程中误差产生的主要来源.在学生评教的实践研究中发现,学生评教结果应以等级记分的方式为佳.
Four kinds of sources of error exist in the process of students' evaluation of teaching, and they are evaluation time, scales, valuators and curriculums. Scales and valuators are primary sources of error in process of students' evaluation. In the practice research of students' evaluation, we find that it is better to scale the resuits of students' evaluation by grade.
