摘要
确定了分析条件:用铂丝作催化剂,样品在氧气中燃烧;样品的质量为10mg;6%H_2O_2用量为10mL;0.5%KOH用量为2mL。采用本法,分析时间仅需20min(老方法需1h);使用的分析仪器和药品均为常用且简单的;平均误差为0.015%,平均偏差为0.05%。该法解决了由氯化苄生产苯甲醛反应的终点控制问题。
The analytic conditions are defined as; the platinum wire is used as catalyst, the sample burns in oxygen; the amount of sample is 10 mg; the amount of 6% H2O2 is 10 mL and the amount of 0. 5% KOH is 2 mL. By use of this method, twenty minutes are only required for analysis (convention-al method requires l hour) ; the instruments and agent are general-service. Its average error is 0. 015% , its average deviation is 0. 05%. The problem of the terminal control of reaction in the preparation of benzaldehyde using benzyl chloride is solved by this method.
