摘要
观察了经腹腔注射低剂量三氯化钐（００５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）对链脲佐菌素引起的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）大鼠胰岛形态和功能的影响。结果表明，三氯化钐治疗组糖耐量改善、血清胰岛素水平升高（Ｐ＜００５）、血清胰高血糖素水平降低（Ｐ＜００１）、平均单个胰岛面积和胰岛β细胞数量明显增多（Ｐ＜００５）、肝细胞内糖原含量增多。提示低剂量三氯化钐对实验性ＮＩＤＤＭ大鼠有一定的治疗作用。
In order to research the effects of the low does SmCl 3 on function and structure of islet of experimental NIDDM rats, we inject SmCl 3(0 05 mg/kg weight) to NIDDM rats induced by Streptozotocin. It is found that low does SmCl 3 can improve sugar tolerance test, increase serum insulin and decrease serum glucagon in NIDDM rats. In SmCl 3 treatment group the mean islet areas and the number of β cells of one islet are obviously increased, and the glycogen is increased in liver cells, which indicated that low does of SmCl 3 has the pharmaceutical function of NIDDM.
