摘要
研究表明,咪鲜安对有性世代为子囊菌的植物病原真菌有极高的抗原活性,但对有性世代为担子菌的棉花立枯病菌无明显的抑制作用。500~1000微克/毫升咪鲜安对柑桔青霉病、香蕉炭疽病、芒果炭疽病有明显的防治作用,效果超过同浓度的噻菌灵。经1000~2000微克/毫升咪鲜安处理也可有效地控制苹果因轮纹病引起的烂果,防效达790%。田间试验结果表明,250~500微克/毫升咪鲜安防治穗稻瘟效果达832~901%。
The study showed that prochloraz had great antifungal activity against plant pathogenic fungi whose perfect stage was sacfungus,but it had no obvious inhibitory action against Rhizoctonia solani whose perfect stage was basidiomycetes.500μg/ml to 1000μg/ml prochloraz had obvious control effect on Penicillium italicum,Collectotrichum gloeosporioides,Colletotrichum musae and its effect on them was much better than thiabendazole at the same concentration.The rot of fruit caused by physalospora piricola could be inhibited effectively by the treatment of 1000μg/ml~2000μg/ml prochloraz,the control effect reached 78.95%.The result of field test shows that the control effect against Phyricularia oryzae reached 83.23~90 12% in 250μg/ml~500μg/ml prochloraz.
