连苯三酚杯[4]芳烃修饰玻碳电极测定铅(Ⅱ)的研究 被引量:3

摘要 合成了一种电极修饰剂—连苯三酚杯[4]芳烃并采用物理涂附法将该试剂固定到玻碳电极表面,得到杯芳烃修饰电极。研究了铅离子在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,结果表明,与未修饰的电极相比,该修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性。在选定的实验条件下,铅离子的浓度在3.0×10^-7-2.0×10^-4mol/L范围内与其氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.998 7,检出限为1.1×10^-7mol/L。建立的方法用于湖水和电镀废水水样中铅的分析,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.7%和3.1%,加标回收率分别为97.5%和103.5%。 An electrode modifier pyrogallolarene was synthesized and adhered to a glass carbon electrode by physical absorption to fabricate pyrogallolarene modified glass carbon electrode. The electrochemical behavious of lead ion in the modified electrode were investigated. It was indicated that compared with the unmodified electrode, the modified electrode was possessed of higher sensitivity, selectivity and stability. Under the optimum conditions, the oxidation current was proportional to the concentration of lead ion from 3.0 × 10^-7 to 2.0 × 10^-4 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 998 7. The detection limit was 1.1× 10^-7mol/L. The sensitive method has been applied to determine lead in lake water and electroplating waste water samples , giving the relative standard deviations of 3.7% and 3.1%(n=6),the recoveries of 97.5% and 103.5% ,respectively.
