摘要
研究了二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮与金属离子钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验结果表明,在pH2.2的盐酸溶液中,在由溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)、正丁醇、正庚烷、水按1:1:1:97的质量比组成微乳液存在下,钯(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1:2的稳定的络合物,络合物的最大吸收峰在474 nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.07×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1。钯(Ⅱ)含量在0-1.0μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。所拟方法用于钯碳催化剂中钯的测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法相符。
The chromogenic reaction of dibromo-o-nitro-phenylfluorone(DBON-PF) with palladium(Ⅱ) is studied. Experimental results show that in hydrochloric acid solution at pH2.2 and in the presence of microemulsion(m(CPB) :m(n-butanol) :m(n-heptane) : m(water)=1: 1: 1: 97),palladium (Ⅱ) with reagent forms a 1 : 2 stable complex, of which the maximum absorption wavelength is 474nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.07 ×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0- 1.0 μg/mL for Pd(Ⅱ). The method has been applied to the determination of palladium in palladium carbon catalyst and the results are in consistent with those of atomic absorption spectrometry.
