摘要
基于在NaAc-HAc介质中,铜对过氧化氢氧化依文思蓝褪色反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量铜的新催化动力学光度法。研究了该指示反应的最佳反应条件,并测得催化体系的表观活化能和催化反应的速率常数分别为24.65 kJ/mol和4.86×10^-2s^-1。在优化的条件下,反应速率与铜的质量浓度在0.48-20.0μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.06×10^-8g/L。方法已用于管网水和污水中的痕量铜的测定,相对标准偏差分别为2.5%和1.9%,加标回收率分别为99.6%和99.4%。
Based on the catalytic effect of copper on the oxidation reaction of evans blue and H2O2 in the NaAc-HAc medium, a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) was established. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were investigated. The apparent activation energy and rate constan were found to be 24.65kJ/mol, and 4.86 ×10^-2s^-1, respectively. Under the selected conditions,a good linear relationship could be obtained between the catalytic reaction rate and the concentration of copper(Ⅱ) in the range of 0.48-20 μg/L, with detection limit of 2.06 × 10^-8g/L. The method has been successfully applied for the determination of copper in tap water and waste water with the relative standard deviation of 2.5% and 1.9%, and recovery of 99.6% and 99.4% ,respectively.
