氰草津的毒理学研究

Studies on the Toxicity of Cyanazine

本文报道了氰草津原药的急性毒性、刺激性、蓄积毒性及致突变试验研究结果。氰草津原药雌性大鼠经口ＬＤ５０是３６９毫克／公斤，雄性大鼠是４３０毫克／公斤，雌雄大鼠经皮ＬＤ５０均大于５０００毫克／公斤；对兔眼有轻刺激性，对兔皮肤无刺激作用；无明显的蓄积毒性；各项致突变试验结果均为阴性。

The toxicity of cyanazine was studied.Its LD 50 was 369mg/kg for female rats by oral administration ,and 430mg/kg for male rats.Its LD 50 was more than 5000mg/kg for both male and female rats by dermal administration.There was slight irritative to eyes butnot to skin for rabbits.It has no obvious cumulative toxicity.The results of mutation test were negative .
