＂The harmonious world＂ thought is China＇s new diplomatic strategy proposed by Party＇s new leading colletive led by Hu Jintao in view of the world＇s new situation and change. It has the rich connotation. We may explain it from many stratification planes such as politics, economy, culture and security. At the same time , ＂the harmonious world＂ thought is also inherited and developed to new Chinese several generation leaders＇ diplomacy strategy.
