“公司+基地+农户”生产模式的历史思考——以英美烟公司在华建立的原料基地为例

Thinking on the Production Model of "Company + Base + Farmers"—Taking British & American Tobacco Company's Materials Bases in China as the Example

英美烟公司为了降低制造成本,派人在中国调查、试种美种烟草,并利用买办在中国建立了三大原料基地,创立了"公司+基地+农户"的生产模式。这种生产模式是以牺牲农民的无偿劳动为代价的,它通过剥削、压榨农户,使公司获得了超额的利润。但这种生产模式对工业企业和农村原材料生产实现优化联结有一定的借鉴作用。

British ＆ American Tobacco Company sent persons to investigate, and plant experimentally American tobacco in China, in order to reduce the production cost, established three material bases by using compradors in China and created the production model of ＂the company ＋ base ＋ farmers＂. This kind of production model sacrificed farmers＇ unpaid work as the price. The company gained excess profits by exploiting and squeezing farmers. At the same time, this kind of production model had significant influence on Chinese society and economy objectively
