舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of seretide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

目的:观察舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法:将60例COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例;对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予吸入舒利迭。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(76.67%),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肺功能改善及临床症状积分改善明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);且舒利迭无明显不良反应。结论:舒利迭能增强患者肺功能,对其咳嗽、咳痰、气促症状以及肺部湿啰音体征有明显的改善作用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of seretide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Methods：60 eases of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD） were divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 30 eases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy regimen, and the observation group received seretide on the basis of conventional therapy. Results：The overall effective rate of observation group （93.33%） was higher than that of control group （76.67%）, and the recovery of lung function and integral calculus of clinical symptom surpassed control group, and there was signitieant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.And seretide had no obvious adverse side effeets.Conclusion：Seretide can enhance the patients＇ pulmonary function and improve the symptom such as cough, expeetoration,panting and moist eraekles.
