摘要
目的:探讨建立非创伤性检查血管狭窄程度判别标准,为临床提供颈动脉斑块治疗的可靠依据。方法:对44例临床诊断为缺血性脑血管病患者经MRI证实的,均行磁共振增强血管成像(CE-MRA)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)观察血管狭窄程度并进行比较,同时对数据进行统计学分析。结果:44例脑梗死患者中发现颈动脉斑块32例,颈动脉不同部位出现不同程度的狭窄,MRA和DSA对颈动脉斑块的检出,对颈动脉狭窄程度的判别上差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:无创MRA对粥样硬化斑块致颈动脉狭窄的检测上已基本接近DSA,完全可替代有创的DSA技术,预测脑血管意外发生的风险,指导医生选择治疗方案,实现早期诊断和个体化治疗,为临床提供具有重要价值的指标。
Objective:To establish a distinguishing standard of noninvasive technique for angiostenosis, so as to offer the therapeutic reliable base for carotid artery plaque. Methods:CE-MRA and DSA were performed in 44 patients confirmed by MRI with isehemic cerebrovascular disease,the degree of angiostenosis was compared and the data were analyzed. Results:There were 44 cerebral infarction patients with 32 carotid artery plaques, there were different extents of stegnosis in different locations of carotid artery, the detection of MRA and DSA for carotid artery plaque had no statistical difference angiostenosis has approximation to DSA, it can be instead of invasive directing clinical treatment prescription.It is crucial to implement early important value index.
