β-环糊精包合肉桂挥发油的制备工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究肉桂挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合其挥发油的最佳工艺路线。方法:采用单因素试验,以挥发油得率为评价指标进行提取工艺的研究;采用正交试验法,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率为评价指标进行包合工艺的研究。结果:肉桂挥发油的提取工艺为:药材加8倍量水,不浸泡,提取6小时;包合的最佳工艺为:β-环糊精与挥发油的比例是10 g:1 ml,包合温度40℃,搅拌时间2 h。结论:本法确定的挥发油提取及其β-环糊精包合工艺适合大生产。 Objective :To study the optimal process for extraction of volatile oil and the preparation of β-cyclodextri inclusion compound of the cinnamomi. Methods:This study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal design.The volume of volatile oil was used to evaluate the extraction process. The yield rate of inclusion compound and clathrating rate of volatile oil were used to determine the inclusion process.Results:The optimal preparation process for extraction was established as follows :adding 8 times water into mixture of crude drugs,extracting volatile oil time for 6h with no soaking.The suitable inclusion condition was established as follows:the rate of β- CD and volatile oil was 10:1 (g:ml),the inclusion temperature was under 40℃ and clathration time for 2 h.Conelusion :This method established for the extraction of essential oil and β-cyclodextrin inclusion process can be used for producing β-CD on a large scale.
