重庆市涪陵区群体性突发事件医疗急救情况调查

First aid survey of mass unexpected incident in fuling district of Chongqing

目的:探讨群体性突发事件的医疗急救问题。方法:对2003～2005年期间涪陵急救分中心的157起群体性突发事件救治进行资料收集整理总结。结果:急救网络不健全,部分伤病员未经医学处理而被紧急送到医院;157起群体性突发事件以创伤性伤害为最,构成比为82.17%,受伤例数占77.74%,死亡例数占100%,发生次数和人次最多的是在村野山区。结论:在政府统一领导下规范化建设区域内应急救援体系,制定适合本地区的医疗应急救援预案;综合性医院的急诊学科建设首先应加强外科力量;医疗急救人员则应加强体能训练和救援脱险知识技能培训。

Objective：To search the existing question and how to improve the entirety remedy level of mass unexpected event. Methods：To collect and sort out the data in 157 mass unexpected event cases in Fuling central hospital that happened during 2003- 2005. Results：The emergency net was not well built and some of the wounded patients were not properly treated before being sent to the hospital.Traumatic harm was predominant and was 82.17% in 157 mass unexpected event cases, the number of injury patients was 77.74%, and mortality was 100% ,the largest frequency and the number of the wounded patients was in rural areas.Conclusion：To build and normalize the regional emergency rescue system and institute suitable plan for the regional medical emergency rescue plan under the leadership of the government in the a general hospital,surgical department must be strengthened preferentially,while the branch of emergency treatment is set up.The medical firstaid personnel should pay more attention to their own training beth physically and professionally.
