毛纺染色废水分流治理工艺的探讨

A Study of Technology for Dyeing Waste Treatment in Wool Spinning by Treating Concentrated and Dilute Streams Seperately

本文提出了毛纺染色废水浓淡分流治理的工艺流程,即浓染色废水先电解后生化,淡废水直接生化。该流程与一般生化法相比,无论从总投资费用或总运行费用分析,都是一种投资少、能耗省的方案。

Based upon the experimental study, this article puts forward a technological schemefor the treatment of dyeing waste in wool spinningal by disposing of the concentrated dyeingwaste first through electrolysis and then biochemical-reaction, whereas the dilute is directlysubjected to biochemical treatment. Compared with other ordinary biochemical methods thisscheme proves to be energy saving and less invested.
