摘要
目的对放疗后鼻咽部仍有残留病灶的鼻咽癌患者行鼻内镜引导下放射性125I粒子植入术的临床应用进行评估。方法鼻内镜引导下予32例放疗后鼻咽部仍有残留病灶的鼻咽癌患者行125I粒子植入术。结果全组完全缓解10例,部分缓解18例,总有效率为87.6%。5年生存率为68.8%。未出现严重并发症。结论鼻内镜引导下放射性125I粒子植入术对鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽部残留病灶有较好的疗效,且并发症少。
[Objective] To make an estimate of clinical practice of iodine-125 seeds interstitial brachytherapy guided by nasal endoscopy for the residue of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. [Methods] 32 patients with residue of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy were treated with iodine-125 seeds brachytherapy guided by nasal endoscopy. [Results] Of the 32 patients, 10 cases got complete response, 18 cases got partial response, and the overall response rate was 87.6%. The 5-year survival rate was 68.8%. No serious complications was found in this group. [Conclusions] Iodine-125 seeds interstitial brachytherapy guided by nasal endoscopy has better efficacy and fewer complications in the treatment of the residue of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.
