摘要
基于拼焊板胀形过程中母板的应变路径变化,研究了母板之间强度比的动态变化关系,提出了综合强度比和动态强度比的概念。利用拼焊板胀形的数据模拟分析了综合强度比及动态强度比对拼焊板冲压成型性的影响,指出控制拼焊板母板之间焊缝两侧的动态强度比基本一致可获得最大的成型能力。
Based on strain path change of motherboard in TWB's expansion process,the dynamic change relations of strength ratio between motherboards were studied,and the concept of integrated strength ratio and dynamic strength ratio were presented.The influence of integrated strength ratio and dynamic strength ratio on TWB's formability were simulated by using TWB's expansion data,it is pointed out that the identical bilateral dynamic strength ratios of welding seam between motherboards can obtain the maximum formability.
