Composition and Overhaul of Truck-mounted Network System for Grand Cherokee Series

在详细分析Jeep4700/Jeep4000大切诺基汽车PCI总线通信系统电路结构特点的基础上,总结了PCI总线通信系统总体失效、局域失效和单体失效等3种常见故障的征兆和产生原因,建立了面向PCI总线通信系统3种常见故障的检修流程图。根据3种常见故障检修流程,对由于通信线路插接器2号接口触针倾斜而造成的系统单体失效、点火钥匙防盗通信线路搭铁而导致的系统整体失效等两例故障进行了详细分析。

Based on the detailed analysis of electric circuit structure features for Jeep4700/Jeep4000 PCI bus communication system,the sign and cause of frequently-occurred faults of PCI bus communication system such as total failure,local failure and single failure were summarized in this paper,and the overhaul flow charts were also built for three kinds of frequently-occurred faults.According to this flow,the single failure caused by touch needle inclination of 2# plug and the total failure caused by wire grounding of ignition key were analyzed detailedly.
