摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)在胶粉中原位生成纳米SiO2网络,利用傅立叶红外光谱(FF-IR)等证明了在胶粉硫化网络中存在-Si-O-Si-网络结构;将改性胶粉(SRP)应用于聚丙烯(PP)中,考察了反应前驱体用量对PP/SRP复合材料力学性能、热性能等的影响。研究发现,PP/SRP复合材料的抗冲击强度比PP、PP/RP的提高了1.5—2.5倍,结晶熔融温度比PP/RP、PP/URP的提高了2~3℃左右;并用扫描电子显微镜分析了以上体系的微观结构。
In-situ SiO2 modified robber powder (SRP) was prepared by sol-gel method and analyzed by means of FTIR. The results indicated there was -Si-O-Si- network generated in the internal transition zone of RP. The PP/SRP (100/100) composites were prepared by mixing method, and the effect of the content of precursor Na2SiO3 on the mechanical and thermal properties of PP/SRP were studied. The results showed the Izod Impact strength of PP/SRP composite was 1.5-2.5 times higher than those of PP and PP/tlP composite, and the crystalline melting temperature of the composite was 2 - 3 ℃ higher than those of PP/RP and PP/URP. Finally, the microstructures of PP/URP and PP/SRP were analyzed by means of SEM.
