全塑轿车壳逆向工程与CAE工程优化的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过三维坐标测量仪扫描获取轿车壳的点云数据后,应用UG软件对其数据进行处理,从而得到了车身的实体模型,再利用Moldflow软件对塑料车壳的注塑生产过程进行模拟仿真、数据优化。将这种逆向与CAE工程优化、分析相结合,可大大缩短轿车外壳塑料轻量化研发的时间,降低生产成本,表明该项基础性研究工作对轿车制造业具有广泛地指导意义,使国产塑料轿车外壳一次注塑成型工艺的生产成为可能和可行。 The vehicle body point cloud obtained by tridimensional scan apparatus scanned was processed by means of UG software to build the vehicle body 3D mold. Then the injection process of the mold was simulated and optimized by means of Moldflow. The time and cost of the research and development on the light weight of the vehicle body could be shortened and redueed by the combination of the negative direction with CAE optimization, which showed this research was possible to widely apply to motor industry and would make the one-shot injection molding of homemade vehicle plastics body possible and feasible.
