摘要 将LZB-GC抗菌剂采用球磨共混的办法按一定比例添加到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)义齿基托材料中,测试不同抗菌剂用量对义齿基托材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,抗菌剂的质量分数为2%~3%时,弯曲性能最佳;抗菌剂的质量分数为2%时,拉伸性能最佳;抗菌剂质量分数为1%-2%时,压缩性能最佳;布氏硬度随着抗菌浓度的增加,有向上增加的趋势。义齿基托树脂中IZB-GC抗菌剂的最佳用量为2%-3%(质量分数)。 The antibacterial agent was added to denture base materials (PMMA) with varied ratio by ball mill. The effects of different contents of the antibacterial agent on the mechanical properties of the denture base were measured. The results showed the flexural property was the optimum when the mass fraction of LZB-GC was 2% - 3 %, the tensile property was the optimum when the mass fraction of LZB-GC was 2%, and the compressive property was the optimum when the mass fraction of LZB-GC was 1% - 2%. The hardness of the denture base increased with the increases of the content of antibacterial agent. So, 2% - 3% was the suitable mass fraction of LZB-GC in the denture base material.
