摘要
介绍了吉林省风电发展的现状及未来趋势,针对目前风电机组并网后出力的不确定性和不可控性等问题,详细分析了吉林省大规模风电机组并网将给系统发供电平衡、调峰和调频等带来的影响以及并网后系统的安全稳定运行问题。提出了解决电网调峰、并网后的稳定等问题的措施,最后对新并网风机提出了技术要求。
In this paper, the development of wind power in Jilin province is introduced. The problems caused by interconnection of wind power are analyzed and discussed in detail, which include the balance of generation and supply, peak-load regulation and frequency regulation. Finally, some advice is given to slove main problems caused by large amount of wind power and keep the security and stability of Jilin power gird, as well as the standards about wind turbine integrated into the power grid.
