p hydroxybenzyl) 10,15,20 tri(p methoxyphenyl)porphyrin(Ⅰ)and its copper complex (Ⅱ)were synthesized.Polymer bonded porphyrin(Ⅲ)was prepared by attaching functionalized compound(Ⅰ)to chloromethylated polystyrene resin via ether linkage.Polymer bonded copper porphyrin complex(Ⅳ)was then obtained by coordinating copper ion to the polymer bonded porphyrin compound(Ⅲ).Their chemical structures were identified by UV and IR spectra as well as elemental analysis.The catalytic activity of compound(Ⅳ) for the oxidation of propanethiol was studied.The composition of the products was also identified by HPLC,UV,IR and MS.
