摘要
新一代基于CMOSensTM技术的单片全校准温湿度传感器SHT15,将CMOS芯片技术与传感器技术相结合,具有集成度高、体积小等优点。本文主要对该传感器的内部结构、工作原理、接口方式及应用要点等进行了介绍。
The temperature/humidity sensor SHT15 is a new type of sensor which is based on the CMOSens^TM technology. The high integrated level and small size sensor combines CMOS chip technology and sensor technology. This paper mainly introduces the internal structure, operation principle, interface way and main application of the sensor.
